I was driving to Manor Lanes the other night for my Wednesday night bowling league when I got a Google Alert on my phone. Someone had posted something about my favorite bowling alley – Manor Lanes Bowling Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. At the next red light I started reading the article written by Tara Nieuwesteeg and was taken by the way she managed to capture the essence of this fine entertainment establishment. 
My friends and I were given a bowling lane near a multiethnic group of teenagers who kept posing for group photos and four burly, furry-faced guys who were taking at least their alcohol consumption seriously, if not their bowling.
Yep, that’s Manor Lanes, something for everyone! If you’re a fan of Manor Lanes and the Sports Den pub you’ll find yourself nodding your head while you read this entertaining article. If you have never been there, you’ll get a real feeling about the place. Either way, you will enjoy the read, but don’t try to do it at a red light!
